Gisele Bauche

Gisele is an artist of considerable achievement. Her artistic career evolved
naturally through her relationship with her family of professional artists and
years of attending and instructing art workshops. 

Using diverse mediums of watercolour, acrylic, natural pigments and metallic
paint, Gisele’s paintings elicit inspiration, emoting energy, intensity, poignancy
and sensitivity while reflecting her own spirituality.

Her works are regularly featured in the Catholic Extension Society’s Calendar of
Canada, in Augsburg Fortress Publications and in Novalis. Her painting are
exhibited across Western Canada and she is regularly commissioned by churches
and organizations.

Gisele has been facilitating workshops in a variety of different art mediums:
Acrylic, Watercolour, Intuitive Mixed Mediums, Art and Healing and Iconography
to people of all ages and creative abilities for many years.

After receiving her Degree in Theology Gisele combined her interest in art and
theology by apprenticeship with Russian Icon master Vladislav  Andreyev  to
learn the ancient tradition of Iconography.

Gisele authored the book,
Giving Glory to God: Reflections of an Artist”                             
Recognizing spirituality as the important motivator, her book offers artists a
voice and is  a source for prayerful meditation, creative inspiration and praise in
giving glory to God’s eternal beauty compelling the reader to give birth to the
sight, sound,  taste and touch of God’s unconditional love in creation.
